In the case that your address is not in our delivery area, not to worry! We add new neighborhoods all the time! We do have an option for warehouse pick up in Asheville or we can consider an alternate address. Addresses are considered by our logistics team on an individual basis. Remote areas with low population density may be considered for a minimum order charge. If you have any questions, please contact customer care.
How it works:

Once you register, you will be assigned a delivery route. In the Asheville area, deliveries occur on Thursday or Friday. Upstate South Carolina deliveries arrive on Saturday.

The delivery windows are from approximately 7 AM until 5 PM, with more detailed delivery ETAs to be provided before deliveries commence.

The ordering window for Thursday, Friday and Saturday can be placed from Friday at noon through Monday at 5 PM.
