Smiling Hara provides a unique culinary experience with plant-based super proteins.  We offer a pre-seasoned, “heat and eat” Hempeh retail line including both soy and soy-free options. All of our products are naturally gluten free, protein rich, cultured to perfection, and fortified with the goodness of Hemp. It is a wonderful blank slate for the creativity of chefs far and wide. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and the world at large with healthy, delicious products that are good for the body, mind, and planet. We use only the highest quality, GMO-free beans and seeds to make our products. All of our products are very fresh and do not need to be steamed first before cooking.
