An energetic pie enthusiast, Kirsten envisioned creating a warm and inviting space for the community to gather over sweets and drinks. With a cozy atmosphere featuring vintage books and upcycled furnishings, Baked Pie Company offers a delightful experience. Kirsten, alongside pastry chef Emily McCarthy, spent six months developing and researching pie recipes. With 25 pies in rotation, including unique creations like the Unicorn pie, Kirsten ensures variety, with vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. The Honey Pecan and Fudge Brownie pies are favorites, and patrons can enjoy a pie flight for a diverse tasting experience. Join Baked Pie Company for smiles, warmth, and delicious pies.
