Preheat your oven to 350degrees. Place frozen cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven. Tap the baking sheet on the counter to flatten the cookies. Return to oven and continue to bake for another 4-6minutes until brown and crispy on the edges. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet.

Red Fiddle Vittles Appalachian Kitchen and Gourmet Grocery is a catering and private chef company, as well as a gourmet grocery, a packaged foods producer, and a bar snacks wholesaler. We feature seasonal menus based on the availability of locally farmed and foraged ingredients. Many of our recipes, techniques, and preparations are inspired by Appalachian and Southern culinary traditions, but we like to have fun from time to time drawing from the various backgrounds of our chefs, honoring diverse influences, and playing with unique ingredients.
