Dark, rich and "Fudging Awesome". In our house dark chocolate Rules. Michael has always been disappointed when trying so called Dark Chocolate cocoa mixes in the past because although yes, they were darker than standard cocoas they weren't like the dark chocolate bars he so loves. So, he set out to make his own with the goal that it not just be darker but to truly be like a dark chocolate bar. We hope you enjoy this one, we aren't chefs or chocolatiers just two nerdy farmers, but we think this truly is a damn good Cocoa.
Makes 10 x 8oz cups of Cocoa. Just add your favorite hot Milk or Plant Based Mylk

Rayburn Farms, founded by Lauren and Michael, blends their love for science, nature, and community into every aspect of their business. Their journey began at North Carolina A&T State University, where Lauren studied Environmental Science and Michael, Environmental Horticulture. After successful careers in DC, they pursued their dream of farming, settling in Barnardsville, NC. What to grow? Inspired by Asheville's brewery scene, they became the go-to "Brewers' Farm," cultivating diverse herbs for local breweries. Today, Rayburn Farms supplies breweries, tea companies, ice cream makers, and soda producers in Western NC. Recently, they ventured into crafting Infused Sugars and Hot Cocoa mixes.
