You can grow your very own gourmet mushrooms with these user friendly and super interesting Grow-Your-Own Mushroom Kits. They are locally made in WNC and come with simple instructions that make it so that ANYONE can have mushrooms they grew fresh to eat right on their kitchen counter.
Instructions:
1. Cut along the dotted line on the box.
2. Slice an X in the plastic bag with a clean knife.
3. Place the box in a well-lit area and spritz the opening with water 2-3 times a day
4. When the mushrooms have grown, break off the entire bunch at the stem. Enjoy your harvest!
It may take up to a month from start to harvest.
