The Sweet Monkey Bakery & Café, owned by passionate baker Hollie West, has become a renowned culinary destination known for its delectable offerings. Hollie's love for baking began in her childhood in Maui, Hawaii, where her determination to pursue her culinary dreams was ignited. 

During her school years, Hollie's passion for the culinary arts blossomed as she eagerly assisted the lunch ladies and expressed her gratitude by baking them bread. With a degree in culinary arts from the prestigious Art Institute of Seattle and valuable experience running a Wildflower Bread Co. franchise and working as a pastry chef, Hollie established Sweet Monkey Bakery in 2003. 

In 2014, Hollie's culinary dreams materialized with the opening of Sweet Monkey Bakery & Café in downtown Marshall, North Carolina. Nestled in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains near the French Broad River, the establishment offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, plated dinners, and weekend brunches. 

Driven by her unwavering passion and commitment, Hollie has transformed Sweet Monkey into a culinary haven where everything is created in-house to ensure exceptional quality and freshness. Hollie's dedication to using fresh ingredients guarantees an authentic homemade experience for every customer.
