White Tip Tea
The white tip of the tea plant is the youngest varietal and therefore has the highest antioxidant count and the lowest caffeine count. It is a very rare African tea. The buds are handpicked from selected clones, lightly oxidized and then carefully sun and air dried. The aroma is sweet. The cup is white or colorless with a light, earthy flavor
Recommended serving size 2 grams. Steep @ 160 degrees for 3 minutes. The tea will be flavorful for 2-3 infusions. 1 tin holds 2 oz tea (19+ servings).
For an incredible cold steep tea, use 3 grams per serving. Steep in the fridge for 3 hours.
