Founded by Jesah Segal, whose upbringing in a family microgreen business sparked a passion for living foods, Sprout Culture aims to promote a shift towards a "living food culture." From its inception in a hallway closet to its current 1,050 sq ft. facility known as the "Sprout House," it has emerged as one of North Carolina's largest certified-organic urban vertical microgreen farms. With a commitment to natural and clean growing methods, Sprout Culture offers nutritious and delicious options for all ages, inspiring a healthier way of eating.
