The market by Sage and Spice began as a storefront for the catering company. Tori Frasher, owner of Sage and Spice Catering, decided to merge with Chef Sergio Castro of Conosur Restaurant to offer fresh, flavorful food to the Asheville community. Chef Sergio combined his talents with Chef Amanda Delgado to create delicious catering menus for events of all types. The market now offers local and gourmet groceries, as well as a tasting room for Sage and Spice Catering.
