Fluffy cut squares of sourdough with olive oil, sea salt, and sun-dried tomatoes!

Naturally leavened sourdough made in Black Mountain, NC with organic, regionally milled flour. Breads are slow fermented, over two days for better taste and nutrition.

Available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday delivery/pick up 

Preparation/ Reheating instructions: If keeping at room temperature, slice and serve! These breads have a robust crust with a beautiful, fluffy middle. If keeping under refrigeration, keep as a loaf or slice, and reheat using an oven or toaster oven. Set temperature to 350 to 375 degrees for about 3-4 minutes (if sliced) and about 10 minutes for a whole loaf.
