Flaky, buttery biscuits made by hand with love and local ingredients. Turkey red wheat flour from Farm & Sparrow. Heating instructions: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place frozen biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until biscuits are flaky and golden brown. 

Red Fiddle Vittles

Erica Beneke and Matt Farr created Red Fiddle Vittles in 2018 when they combined two storied careers totaling more than 40 years in the restaurant, event, and hospitality industries. They share a love of bringing people together around food and a dream to use the power of food, love, and creativity to build community and support local economies. 

Red Fiddle Vittles Appalachian Kitchen and Gourmet Grocery is a catering and private chef company, as well as a gourmet grocery, a packaged foods producer, and a bar snacks wholesaler. We feature seasonal menus based on the availability of locally farmed and foraged ingredients. Many of our recipes, techniques, and preparations are inspired by Appalachian and Southern culinary traditions, but we like to have fun from time to time drawing from the various backgrounds of our chefs, honoring diverse influences, and playing with unique ingredients.
