Firsthand Foods Spicy Italian sausage is loaded with flavor and makes a great addition to any meal requiring a little “heat.” We source our pork from a remarkable network of North Carolina farmers all of whom are Animal Welfare Approved and raise their hogs outdoors on pasture without antibiotics or added hormones using non-GMO feed they raise themselves. Our spicy Italian sausages are hand tied, made with all natural pork casings and gluten-free. The spice blend includes salt, fennel, garlic, paprika, parsley, and nothing else - no nitrates, fillers or artificial colors. This sausage makes a great addition to pasta and sauteed vegetables.
