Baked Pie Company, born from a simple craving for homemade blueberry pie and coffee in South Asheville, was founded by Kirsten Fuchs. An energetic pie enthusiast, Kirsten envisioned creating a warm and inviting space for the community to gather over sweets and drinks. With a cozy atmosphere featuring vintage books and upcycled furnishings, Baked Pie Company offers a delightful experience. Kirsten, alongside pastry chef Emily McCarthy, spent six months developing and researching pie recipes. With 25 pies in rotation, including unique creations like the Unicorn pie, Baked ensures variety, with vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. Recently bought by Tara Robinson, Baked Pie has continued to dazzle tastebuds and keep the recipes in rotation that we know and love.
