Eat More Bakery’s sandwich buns, available in 4-packs, are the perfect way to try out a specific variety of bread before committing to a full loaf! The seeded grain sandwich buns are delicious and hearty, featuring poppy, millet, and sesame seeds. Although they have a distinctly nutty flavor, they are free of tree nuts, as well as dairy and soy. While they can be frozen, they are best when eaten fresh!
Eat More BakeryA graduate of Meredith College and Johnson & Wales University, Rebekah Abrams has been a longtime fixture in the professional kitchens of independent restaurants and bakeries, both in Asheville, North Carolina, where she has lived and worked for twelve years, and Charleston, South Carolina. While the founder and pastry chef of Eat More Bakery certainly learned from her time in those settings, the seed that grew into a lifelong passion for all things food-related was planted very early by generations of food-loving family members.
